The car had terrible maintenance issues but was fun to drive and own. Still miss it.

1967 Chevy Impala. It had a V8 but only three of the cylinders actually fired.

Totaling it 45 days after I bought it, probably the best fate it could have met.

I drove it until it had 217,000 miles and only got rid of it because the body rusted and would not pass inspection.

The smiling Salesman handed me the keys and said, “Start your dream car:” I cranked and cranked, but the Green Pontiac Lemans Custom S battery was dead, so the next best thing…a jump-start! A new battery proved...
