I Hit A Dishwasher…

Hi Eric,

Thanks. This looks fun.

• What was your first car? 1982 Olds Ninety Eight. It was a hand me down from my grandfather. It was a burgundy tank!.
  
• Any significant memories w/that car? So many. The smell of the car was that of my grandfather’s past cigars, so every time I got in I was reminded of him. That car was built to last and could take on any challenge I put it through. Dates, driving to basketball practice, listening to Nine Inch Nails and Love & Rockets while heading to downtown Detroit as a teenager… so many. Aside from the sentimental value, I also once hit a dishwasher (long story) and the only damage was a small chip in the paint.Talk about a car.
  
• What’s parked in your driveway now? Honda Pilot.
• Does your car reflect your personality? If so, how? I’d say so. Friendly, practical and aggressive when it needs to be.
  
• Favorite vehicle(s)? Not sure I have one.
• Favorite vehicle…if money were no object? One that requires less parts, lasts forever, gets ridiculous mileage and still has the power to haul around a family and a boat. So get crackin’ on that one and I’m in.
  
• Vanity Plates? If so - what’s on them? Never. I worked at a court while in college and was told it’s the easiest way to report someone ;)
  
• Must have car gadget? Wireless iPhone mp3 player. C’mon, Apple - you know you can make it.
  
• Favorite driving tunes? Currently Foo Fighters, Eddie Vedder, Green Day and Nick Drake.
• Favorite Hollywood movie car? Most Bond pre-2000 were pretty kick ass. MG, if I could fit ;)
