Hi Eric,
I like what you are trying to do with the mini interview………..you got the right idea!!

  • What was your first car? My first car was a 1967 Mustang that had seen most of it’s best days. It had a 289 engine with headers, hi-perf cam and slot mag wheels……yes, I said slot wheels…..you know the kind, skinny on the front and fat on the back.
  • Any significant memories w/that car? It had an nice rumble to it. What I remember the most is my Dad teaching me how to work on the engine. We were taking the heads off, replacing things like the timing chain, oil pump, etc…
  • What’s parked in your driveway now? 2001 PT Cruiser
  • Does your car reflect your personality? If so, how? Yes it does. I guess inside I’m a hot rod kinda guy, I like style and I like to take things easy.
  • Favorite vehicle(s)? A 1932 Ford hot rod convertible, with no fenders and of course a flame job.
  • Favorite vehicle…if money were no object? Ed Roth’s “Beatnik Bandit” show car
  • Vanity Plates? If so - what’s on them? No vanity plates at this time.
  • Must have car gadget? This is not really a car gadget but an iPhone would be cool so I could get the Internet anywhere I cruised.
  • Favorite driving tunes? Anything Elvis!!
  • Favorite Hollywood movie car? I have a couple I have always liked…….the original Batmobile, Steve McQueen’s Mustang in Bullitt, and of course the Trans Am in Smokey and the Bandit.

Thanks Eric for the interview.
