A Trip To Cosmic Ecstasy…

Mazda MX-5Image via Wikipedia

  • What was your first car? My mom’s Pontiac Transport, which looked like a space shuttle, and promised to take girls on a trip to cosmic ecstasy.
  • Any significant memories w/that car? Umm, not telling.
  • What’s parked in your driveway now? Mazda MX5.  It’s not a Miata and I’m not gay.
  • Does your car reflect your personality? If so, how? No, it’s way faster than me, I don’t have gears, and I don’t do well when gasoline is poured into me.  Also, I don’t have a convertible top anywhere… not that I’ve found yet anyway, and I’ve been looking.
  • Favorite vehicle(s)? An F16.  The Air Force wouldn’t let me have one.
  • Favorite vehicle…if money were no object? If money weren’t an object, money would be imaginary, and I could only buy an imaginary car, like maybe a Robotech jet.
  • Vanity Plates? If so - what’s on them? My vanity plate says “Eat me”- I eat a lot of spaghetti off it.
  • Must have car gadget? I make my own gadgets with MacGyver-like ingenuity.  For example, with a McDonald’s straw and a ketchup packet, I can make a really cool gadget to use on those cars with booming subwoofers.
  • Favorite driving tunes? I hire a bagpiper to ride with me- he plays outlawed tunes on outlawed pipes.
  • Favorite Hollywood movie car? That semi that contained Burt Reynolds and the orangutang- cuz any truck with Burt Reynolds and a monkey in it would be lots of fun.  But maybe too stinky.  Would have to roll the windows down.
