Fun But Surefooted…

Hey Eric, Love the tweet n greets. I’ve been lurking for quite a while now…

• What was your first car? First car that my parents bought for me was a Proton Wira (bonus points if you figured out which country I grew up in based on that). First car that I bought myself here in the U.S. is a 1993 Nissan Altima.
• Any significant memories w/that car?
• The Altima was reliable but boring. I’m surprised I didn’t fall asleep at the wheel. I traded it in 2 years later for a VW Jetta.
• What’s parked in your driveway now?
• 2005.5 B7 Audi A4, 2.0T Quattro 6 speed, Quartz Grey. In fact, it still has temp tags on.
• Does your car reflect your personality?
• Fun but surefooted, but throw random fits of insanity… that is totally me.
• Favorite vehicle(s)?
• The Audi S4, RS4, RS6, M3 and M5. I’m more about “sleeper” street cars then super cars.
• Favorite vehicle…if money were no object?
• The RS4 definitely. Why not the R8, you ask? Too flashy.
• Vanity Plates? If so - what’s on them?
• None at the moment. Though one of my fav plates that I have seen on the Audi forum is “A4SHIZL” (http://www.audizine.com/gallery/data/500/2465P9190008.JPG)
• Must have car gadget?
• Since none of the cars I’ve owned are new enough to have Ipod adapter/hookup, my must-have is the DICE Ipod integration kit. (http://www.diceelectronics.com/)
• Favorite driving tunes?
• Vocal trance tracks work well for spirited drives.
• Favorite Hollywood movie car?
• The short-lived S8 in Ronin.
