What was your first car?

• 68 GMC pickup. Used to be a service truck for Coca-Cola in North Carolina. Must’ve had 300K miles on it when I got it, and it was painted red with a white hood and roof.

Any significant memories w/that car?

• Parked it across the street from a tree. One spring, seeds from the tree sprouted in the bed of the truck (in the accumulated dirt/mulch/junk)

What’s parked in your driveway now?

• 98 Jeep Wrangler, 150K miles, paid for, no doors in the summer.

Does your car reflect your personality?

• it’s transportation, simple, fun to drive (like me)

Favorite vehicle(s)?

• currently, I have a Smart Car on order.

Favorite vehicle…if money were no object?

• probably just another Wrangler.

Vanity Plates?

• JIBLTHD - which is short for Jiblethead, which is a typo for “head full of giblets”, which I first heard on a King of the Hill episode “Bobby, you must have a head full of giblets”

Must have car gadget?

• iPod connected to a decent stereo.

Favorite driving tunes?

• usually do podcasts, but listen to a wide variety of things as well.

Favorite Hollywood movie car?

• tough question. Probably the Bluesmobile from The Blues Brothers.
