What was your first car?

• 1981 Toyota Celica GT 5 Speed Hatchback.

Any significant memories w/that car?

• Yeah, it nearly killed me, just got the official inspection certificate from Cdn Tire and headed out on the highway back to University. The hungover mechanic failed to recognize the detoriated state of the cross member and a normal 3 hr drive took 8 hrs and cost me a brand new set of front tires, because the tie rods hook into the cross member and where at an extreme canter and camber!

What’s parked in your driveway now?

• VW Jetta 2.5.

Does your car reflect your personality?

• Yes, The VW is solid, comfortable, Fast, flys under the radar and eats up miles. A proper surfboard for a highway surfer.
