What was your first car?

• 1978 Ford Thunderbird - I called it the “Thunder-turd”. Had the batmobile headlight covers, white with red interior. Loaded. Sweet car looking back now.

Any significant memories w/that car?

• The last day I drove it, the car was totaled. I was driving home from my job at Baskin Robbins with a big old banana split on my front seat. A Honda Civic turned right in front of me and I T-boned it. Thankfully, nobody was seriously hurt. But the T-turd was done for with a bent frame… And Ice cream splattered all over the windshield and dashboard.

What’s parked in your driveway now?

• 07 Yukon Denali XL for the wife and 08 Mercedes C350 for me.

Does your car reflect your personality?

• Yes. It is “Bulldog Red” and has every possible electronic gadget you could think about coming on a car…

Favorite vehicle(s)?

• 1978 Trans-am Black with “Bandit” customized license tag.

Favorite vehicle…if money were no object?

• BMW M6 convertible.

Vanity Plates?

• I have University of GA plates. Does that count?

Must have car gadget?

• IPOD integration.

Favorite driving tunes?

• Jimmy Buffet - Bama Breeze

Favorite Hollywood movie car?

• Smoky and the Bandit Trans-am. Plus several others from Cannonball run!
