Black. With Purple Flames…

What was your first car?

A 1982 Buick Regal Station Wagon. Was painted black, purple flames on the front, blacked out tinted windows, rims, and of course a loud stereo.

Any significant memories w/that car?

About every 20 miles I had to stop and put a quart of oil in the engine! It was my first car because a friend was selling it and the price was right. It was a lot of fun to drive around in laughing and being laughed at. The car was something unique.. something a lot of cars really don’t have anymore.

What’s parked in your driveway now?

Does your car reflect your personality?

It’s a small efficient car, perfect for a family of three. We like to travel a lot so it’s the perfect car, almost 17,000 miles in 9 months. So, yes it does.

Favorite vehicle(s)?

Favorite vehicle…if money were no object?

While others want to drive sports cars or luxury SUV’s, I’d love to own the original Humvee!

Vanity Plates?

None yet. Want to get something related to hockey, just havn’t figured out what to get on them.

Must have car gadget?

A cooler that plugs into the cigarette lighter is something I’m considering based on how much we travel. Otherwise, you can’t go wrong with some sort of GPS.

Favorite driving tunes?

This may seem like an odd taste in music, but on a long road trip the following make time go by quick - AC/DC Live, Paul Oakenfold’s Tranceport CD, and Guns n Roses Greatest Hits.
